Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 24 hours of a scheduled session will be refunded to your wallet or original payment method subject to the payment gateway fee conditions.

Rescheduling a lesson can only be done 24 hours before a scheduled session.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

No refunds will be given for no-shows. 

Arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of a session is considered a no-show and the session will end without any refund.
